Her bed would be the first place to start. toys put in the sink or bucket with a little bleach to kill everything on them also. Its very likely that she is getting it from these things.

Kennel cough has more than one strain, and the often administered intranasal vaccine isn’t for all of them. So even if you have your dog up-to-date on vaccinations, she could contract the illness.

if she hasn’t had find out about getting her the bordetella
also would not let her near any other dogs for at least 1 month after totally cured to give her iimmunesystem to build back up

Kennel cough sticks around for a long time. Your pup was getting better with the first round of antibiotics but needed to stay on it longer. That coughing can last a month or more. If you have a humidfyer set it up for your pup. It helps a lot. If you dont have one I would go buy one. If you add the vicks into the machine it really help. As a last resort take your pup into the bathroom and run a hot shower for the steam a few times per day.
