is the 1st dog in jeopardy of getting it again if they are almost over it and the other dog in the house doesn’t show symptoms till the 1st one is almost over it?
They have all been vaccinated against kennel cough. Unfortunately new strains come out everyday and the vaccine is no guarantee that any dog will not get it. That info was from two different vets. Now I wonder why there is such conflicting info between vets. Anyway, thanks for your opinions

It’s best to inoculate against kennel cough but when it hits it is like a bad cold in a classroom of children. They all take their turn with it. It will clear on it’s own, but I recommend seeing a vet for antibiotics. Good luck!
This is a highly infectious virus that can spread quickly. It can seriously damage the respiratory system or even result in death. Get all the dogs to the Vet. There are shots for this virus. Reinfection I would call your Vet. to make sure.
